Originally Constructed during the late Victorian period, the six-storey, 600 m² Dufferin Avenue has formed part of London's commercial fabric for over a century. 

Situated in the heart of Clerkenwell an area defined by its industrial heritage and ongoing creative transformation the building has been rethought by Atelier DA, preserving the architectural character and integrity of the original structure while carefully integrating contemporary building services, high-quality finishes and modern workplace amenities. 

The result is a sensitively renewed workplace that respects the building's heritage while meeting the needs of a new generation of occupiers.
